Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I ordered three large pizzas to be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived 35 minutes later (a little early) it seemed like my pizzas hadn't been started. I waited another 30+ minutes for my pizzas which made me late to my event. I was NOT happy. I must say the pizza was very good (the piece I ate) but it made me angry that I had to wait so long and was late because of them. Did they think I was not going to pick up my order so they didn't make my pizzas until I arrived? Maddening.

My rating of Baci's is somewhere between a 3 and a 4. I enjoy the calzone. To me it is the best valued item on the menu. For $9.95 you get a calzone that can feed two, or one person twice. I often like to order one with bacon, Italian sausage, artichokes and mushrooms. I like that it is close to home and I can have a pizza pie or calzone in my face in 20 minutes. I always feel that pizza is overpriced, but at least here at Baci's they pile on the ingredients. I know, some pizza snobs will argue that is not quality pizza, but I like it anyway. Although my favorite pizza place only uses about a 4th as much stuff on their pizzas, to me a good dough makes or breaks a pizza. The original recipe for this dough comes from San Francisco. This dough is good, but not the best I've ever had. Certainly better than Abby's, or Domino's, or Pizza Pizza, but they could work on making it not so chewy some times. When I was a kid they still threw the dough in the air and made it a spectacle. I've been coming here since I was young and it used to be called Bruno's. It's lost some of its magic for me that I remember, i.e. pizza parties with live sports and cool arcade games and lots of kids. That was years and years ago and it has changed owners a few times since, but they still employ high school kids, they still support youth sports as far as I know, and their extra large pizza pies weigh about 4 lbs.

I have not stayed in Rogue River before, so finding a place to eat was a bit of an adventure. I found this place by accident. I am glad I did. I was by myself, so finding an 8" pizza was nice. It was just the right size. The pizza was hot when it arrived. It was good. Nothing gourmet here, but there is a good range of choices and the ability to build your own. The young staff were very friendly. This was a satisfying visit.

Interesting reviews -- I disagree with most of them. The crust is soft, chewy and flavorful, both the white sauces (Alfredo and garlic) are excellent, as is the marinara. I've had several of their pizzas, all to-go in the single size as there's just one of me -- and I've not been disappointed yet. Greatest pizza ever -- no, but definitely a very good pizza that's worth your patronizing! I'm not a homer -- have tried Chicago and New York's best, as well as Portland's. This pizza is good.

My parents moved to Rogue River and this is their favorite local pizza joint. I don't quite care for it much as the dough doesn't have much of a taste and they really pile on the toppings which to me takes away from the pizza as a whole (the marriage of the crust, sauce, cheese and toppings is what makes the pizza for me; not just the amount of toppings thrown on top.). The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly enough. It's definitely better than the Abby's down the road, though. I don't mind going there with my parents but I wouldn't go on my own or with my wife.

This place was recommended by a friend. My sister and I went there to try the recommended calzone. We were told that they are quite large so we decided to split one and each have a side salad from the salad bar. I was not impressed. The salad ingrediants were typical; nothing special. When our calzone arrived, I was two bites into it and the center was stone cold. I took the leftovers home and re-heated it. It was better. The crust is a bit bland. Needs olive oil or somethng. I think next time I'll try a single topping pizza. The waitstaff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful when we couldn't decide what to order.

Hello folks I will say that I was brought to this wonderful little place and the food is the bomb. Homemade pizza and Calzones the size of your head. It took me two days to eat the all meat calzone and it was at least 1 1/2 pounds of meat. Today was my second time and going with a bunch of friends, everyone was happy with the food. As for the atmosphere, I wouldn't recommend trying to ask for a girls hand in marriage cause the seating in this place is spartan to say the least. I would rather see the food be outstanding instead of sitting in fine leather recliners eating sub-par food. That is why I give Baci's a 4, (strictly on food it would be a (5)) due to the seating area being semi standard and the fact that the bathrooms are mediocre and a bit like a maze they get 4 stars. We will be back to eat again.

More than 3 times went there for family event recently. Every single table was piled with trash and dirty. Food took forever to get, and employees are teenagers who literally spend all their time fooling around with each other and their friends. Salad bar was usually barely full of old veggies and warm. I literally had to leave because female employee was simulating sex at a table with another female then returned laughing it up to talk on her cell phone behind the counter Owner leaves the biz to the kids, this place should be shut down.

My family had a large half pepperoni half artichoke heart/ pesto pizza. Thought the crust was great and my oldest said it was the best pizza ever. Good pizza reasonable prices.

Baci's used to be the best pizza place in town but the last time I had it a few months ago, it had definitely changed. I am not sure what was different but the taste had changed. I do suggest trying a white pizza - it was decent. They also had very good calzones.

After visiting Ken's Artisan Pizza in Portland, OR, I have become rather a snob about great pizza. Baci's is not great pizza. It is not my style at all. Doughy crusts, gobs of ingredients, and a very acidy base sauce. We ordered a Mediterranean Pizza, which sounded good. Fresh Spinach, Garlic, Chicken, ricotta, sundried tomatoes, and cheese on top. Now this sounded much better than it tasted. I would have liked the combination in moderation, but it was piled high. Some folks think this makes good pizza. I think it is like serving a casserole on a crust. The dough is very ordinary. So starting with so so base, and piling on a heap of stuff might make your kids happy, but this is not "adult" pizza. Still searching for a good pizza and italian restaurant in greater Rogue Valley area.
